Terms of Service

ManuGEO is a SaaS Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform for industrial companies. The service includes: a company profile optimized for AI engines, FR/EN content generation, schema.org markup, sitemap, analytics dashboard, and access to the public manugeo.ai directory.

The standard subscription is CAD $100 per month, plus taxes, billed monthly in advance.

No commitment: you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund.

ManuGEO may change pricing with 30 days notice by email. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for at least 3 months following the announcement.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. One account represents a single company.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant ManuGEO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt and distribute it solely to operate the service (public indexing in the directory, optimization for AI engines, bilingual variants, structured markup).

You warrant that you have the rights to the content published (texts, images, trademarks) and that it does not violate any law.

Prohibited: misleading or fraudulent content, defamatory content, third-party IP infringement, circumvention of technical measures, unauthorized automated scraping of the directory, use of the service for spam.

ManuGEO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice when possible.

ManuGEO targets 99.5% monthly availability, excluding announced planned maintenance. No contractual SLA beyond this best-effort commitment.

You may terminate at any time from your dashboard. ManuGEO may terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or discontinuation of the service with 60 days notice.

Upon termination, you may export your content for 30 days. After that, content is deleted or anonymized per our privacy policy.

The service is provided "as is". ManuGEO does not guarantee a specific outcome regarding search ranking or citation by AI engines, as those outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManuGEO's total liability to you is limited to the amount billed during the last 12 months.

ManuGEO's code, brand, visuals, documentation and GEO methodology are the exclusive property of ManuGEO Inc. No license is granted beyond the use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Quebec City.

ManuGEO may amend these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
