Producers can opt for wood for energy self-sufficiency, or for automated systems using wood chips or pellets, which provide continuous feeding, rapid start-up, and high boiling stability. Natural gas, propane, or oil options are also available, offering precise modulation of boiling intensity, particularly with the standard Riello burner. The evaporator is designed for ease of operation and cleaning, with options like a flow reverser, pan washer, and control panels.
