Têtes, cœur et queues (coupes de distillation)
FRFractions successives recueillies pendant la distillation. Les têtes (composés volatils) et les queues (composés lourds) sont écartées pour ne conserver que le cœur de chauffe, base du spiritueux embouteillé.
ENSuccessive fractions collected during distillation. Heads (volatile compounds) and tails (heavy compounds) are cut away so only the heart of the run — the base of the bottled spirit — is kept.
