Thermoformage double coque (Twin Sheet)
ENA technique that forms two thermoplastic sheets simultaneously and welds them together to produce a hollow, rigid and lightweight part. It is used for structural panels, pallets, tanks and parts requiring built-in insulation.

- Conception pour la fabrication (DFM)Engineering review of drawings before production to adjust materials, tolerances, bend radii and finishes in order to cut cost and scrap. Early DFM shortens lead times and limits back-and-forth during production.
